I left the BBC and started to bake for our local butcher in Barnt Green, word got around and my food appeared in a farm shop and a new tea shop in our village.
Bakeaway started to expand and was soon catering for functions, parties, weddings, funerals and individual orders. A year later Gary left sky tv and joined me in the kitchen.
Our flavours are well known to our customers and we believe that this is at the heart of what makes our food so popular.
We do many traditional bakes but we pride ourselves in our ability to adapt and come up with interesting flavours, we also welcome any input and suggestions so we can cater to your personal taste.
As the demand for gluten free has increased we have been able to adapt most of our food and it seems to have become very popular.
